Dasianu Marius Vasile is a 9-year-old Romanian boy who was severely burned in a November 2007 fire in his home that killed both of his parents. When he was admitted to the hospital, he had burns (many fourth-degree) covering 75 percent of his body, including his face. Miracle of Flights From Cry in the Dark

One of the real miracles we've experienced has come from a Romanian Charity Organization called Cry In The Dark. Steve Cooper who heads up the organization contacted us to see if there was anything they could do to help. He mentioned something about having contacts with an airline and though he couldn't promise anything, he would try to get tickets for Marius and his brother to come to America. We responded with understanding and a hope that something might work out.

We learned today, 3/26/08, that the Shriner's Hospital for children has accepted Maruis. More details to follow...
